Where can I see proof of delivery?
For Shipper Dashboard users
To access proof of delivery:
- Log in to the Shipper Dashboard
- Select ‘Order History’, or ‘Tracking’ to find the tracking ID
- Click ‘Action’ for the selected tracking ID
- Select ‘View Order’ and click on the selected tracking ID
- Under the ‘Order History’ column, you can view the proof of delivery. Click ‘Print Proof of Delivery’ for more recipient details
For Ninja Biz users
To find proof of delivery:
- Select ‘Shipping’
- Swipe to the ‘Completed’ parcel status
- Click on the selected tracking ID to view details of parcel pickup or delivery, including the proof of delivery
