Where can I see proof of delivery?

For Shipper Dashboard users


To access proof of delivery:

  1. Log in to the Shipper Dashboard 
  2. Select ‘Order History’, or ‘Tracking’ to find the tracking ID
  3. Click ‘Action’ for the selected tracking ID
  4. Select ‘View Order’ and click on the selected tracking ID
  5. Under the ‘Order History’ column, you can view the proof of delivery. Click ‘Print Proof of Delivery’ for more recipient details


For Ninja Biz users


To find proof of delivery:

  1. Select ‘Shipping’ 
  2. Swipe to the ‘Completed’ parcel status
  3. Click on the selected tracking ID to view details of parcel pickup or delivery, including the proof of delivery
