I would like to return my parcel
You can return your parcel only if it remains unopened. Contact your shipper to initiate the return process. Once the shipper starts the return process, a Ninja Xpress courier will be arranged to collect the parcel from your doorstep. A new Tracking ID for the return to the shipper will be provided.
