How do I send a parcel with Ninja Flexi?
- Go to the Ninja Flexi order creation page.
- Select your destination country.
- Select your parcel size. Please ensure that both weight and dimensions requirements are met.
- Select your preferred collection method.
- Enter the sender details.
- Enter the recipient details.
- Please read and agree to the terms and conditions.
- Click Make payment.
- If you are using a promo code, please apply it before proceeding to make payment.
- Print the shipping label sent to the sender email address, and attach it to your parcel.
- Please note that Ninja Van reserves the right to reject or dispose of parcels that do not have a legible shipping label attached.
- Depending on the collection method selected,
- Drop the parcel off at one of 800+ locations island-wide; or
- Wait for the driver to pick up it from the sender address.
